Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping destination.

Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days

Some oversized products, furniture, storage sheds, or patio items may require additional transit time.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable.

We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers.

As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries on different days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Haven Outdoors is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review your claim and work toward a replacement or appropriate resolution.
